Rejuvenate

After a long time this has been one of my memorable trips.. Memorable for a number of reasons. Not too many interesting pics. ( Someone was commenting that I seemed to have lost my creativity in shooting pics ..... really ? ) Hope I get back to the groove again.

No Parking...

One of the best weekends I ever had. Driving the Cedia on the track at unlimited speeds and listening to tire squeals was awesome.

If that was not enough, off roading with the Pajero was more than enough to check how far the 2.8L Beast can do. However, who would you blame if you get stuck in wet soil and have to leave the vehicle in the middle of no where ?

Will miss you...

Adrenalin

After a hectic weekend, looking at excel or ppts make you feel real tired. But then the only consoling factor is the next weekend plan that someone tells you about.

From Mysore on the way to Brindavan Gardens, you come across KRS dam. It was nice to see water gushing out of the dam in full stream. The water splashes across to the rocks here that makes you forget that you are wet even before you realise and by the time you realise .. your camera is also covered with water droplets.

Brindavan Gardens, is very crowded, but however does not stop from providing as many photo ops.

Our next stop was the forest resort that I always wanted to go. Get there once and you are addicted to go again.

You then realise that the world is a really full of extremes . There are tigers that are white , ones that turn veggies and some who take bath with water after having a mud bath :)

Life in the forests is extremely tough no matter how big or small you are. Its the search for food and then carrying them to a safe place.

Brag about Drags

There was a drag yday. Mostly with Esteems and VTecs. One VTec ( with NOS ) was all over the place. Was great to hear the revs all over.

Oh yeah, Apart from all this, there was this Cayenne running against a MIVEC.Any guesses who won ? Enlarge to see the body kit of the Cayenne.

The Island

Well, this was not an island that made clones like in the movie. However, this is a good place to get away for the weekend. The highlight of the entire journey is the high speed cruise which takes you to the island. Once you get to the island there is nothing much to do ( yeah, cos its an island. There shouldnt be much to do anyways ).

Before we went to the island, we saw some good view of the beach here. The dark clouds all over the place made it look even better.

Whats HDR ?

Kannan pinged and asked me if I have ever tried HDR. A couple of days later, my Dad asked me the same question. Suprising. I wanted to try this out for quite sometime. I decided to try this out at home during the weekend. Sadly, my tripod is not too stable nor was I able to get a good image.I decided to chk this out with pics that I shot earlier. So, heres what I got. BTW, HDR stands for High Dynamic Range
